From my point of view, although smartphones has helped us to find information more quickly, to know what happen in the world, to have fun, to comunicate with people that are far away..., it seems we are our smartphones' slaves, the most of us wouldn't live quietly without our smartphones, if we didn't have them, we would go a little bit crazy and nervous; but if we reduced our time of use, we would get used after a period of time and we would see the benefits of this, but it's difficult to start and to put up with this for a period of time until we get used, it's the same as someone who wants to stop smoking.
This addiction is affecting our daily lifes, for example, sometimes, while I' m studying our doing homework, I can' t avoid checking messages and social media posts, so I have less productivity; also, I usually use my smartphone when I am with my family and friends and when I go for a walk, but I have improved a little, so I agree with this text because I can see this problems on me and on the others. In conclusion, we have to try to reduce or smartphone use so we could have a better health and a more happier and productive life.
